In business, customer service is paramount. This is true for any company, but customer service is especially important in a service industry, such as we are in. We thought we’d share with you our vision and formula for providing superior customer service so that we can stand out in a field that is crowded with competitors.

This means hiring and training individuals in a way that allows them to thrive in their careers. We train our employees to always keep the customer’s needs front and center. Our job is to solve the problem they are having quickly, professionally and efficiently. We’re proud of the longevity of our employees. We keep the best and, unfortunately, from time to time we have to let someone find a new career elsewhere.

The right things.

People have to be good at what they do. Our plumbers and technicians really know the plumbing business. Our dispatchers are courteous and efficient. Our warehouse employees keep the trucks and shelves stocked with products to keep projects moving forward. Our office people and receptionists take their jobs seriously. We’re proud of the way they do their jobs every day.

The right way.

Just doing the right things isn’t enough. For us, doing things right means going the extra mile. It means cleaning up after ourselves in your home so you won’t have to. It means taking that call a minute before closing because a family is on the other end of the call with a problem that can’t wait. It means taking the time to deliver an estimate that’s as accurate as possible and sticking to it. By now, you get the idea.
