Emergency?

Immediate Action

  1. Locate and turn OFF the individual shut-off valve under sink, toilets, etc. This will target the individual leak right away and minimize the damage.
  2. OR locate and turn OFF the Main water line valve if there is no individual valve. You can usually locate this in your basement.
  3. Call The Plumbing Source 216-230-3339.

Maciej did an awesome job replacing a crumbling sanitary line in our basement.

He explained what he was going to do very carefully. He gave me the best case scenario, then what he would need to do if that didn’t work out, and the worst case scenario after that. Luckily, he was able to perform the work in the best case scenario. He and Casey also replaced a 15 foot piece of crumbling storm water line in the crawlspace of our basement. A big job for sure but they did a great and thorough job.”
