We have much to be thankful for at The Plumbing Source

Thanksgiving is a great holiday.

Thanksgiving gives us the chance to step away from the busy-ness that occupies so much of our life and reflect on all that we have to be thankful for. For most of us, the list is lengthy. It usually starts with our family, our friends, neighbors, health, and even our safety and security. We are blessed to live in a country that values liberty and freedom.

At the Plumbing Source, we have 35 years of business to reflect on. Here are the many people we are thankful for.

We’re grateful for our employees. We have a great group of people who come to work every day determined to deliver on our promise of superior customer service. They are good at their jobs, and we’re lucky to have very little turnover. Our employees are like family.

We’re grateful for our vendors and suppliers. No business succeeds on its own. We have a large network of companies and individuals who contribute to our success, and even though we don’t get to say it enough, we thank you for your years of support!

We’re especially thankful for our many customers. Thank you for placing your trust in us, for letting us into your home, for allowing us to fix a problem, install a fixture, repair a furnace, remodel a bathroom, put in a French drain, or clean out a sewer pipe or any of the other jobs you’ve called on us to perform for you. You are the life blood of our business, and we truly regard you as part of our large family that keeps growing!

Yes, we’re thankful, too, for those of you who told us when we missed the mark. You kept us on our toes and without your forthright honesty, we could not have resolved the problem. No business is perfect. We’ve made mistakes and will continue to do so because we’re human. But we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

We hope all of you – employees, vendors, customers, friends, and neighbors – have a very safe and happy Thanksgiving. We look forward to working with you for many years to come.
