I have used The Plumbing Source for over 12 years. They have always been very friendly, professional and complete the job on the first trip. They clean up the area being worked on, not leaving a mess for me after they leave. Their scheduling process works very well. You get a couple hour window, a call when they’re on the way to your house and an email with picture/name of person coming to your home. I have given them as a reference multiple times. Everyone was beyond satisfied and has/would use them again.

I am posting for my Mom who had a fantastic service call with Johnny Noonan with Plumbing Source of Bedford Heights. When her water heater leaked and left a puddle on a Sunday morning, panic sets in hoping a replacement can be made quickly! One call on a Sunday with Cindy who was wonderful and set an appointment for Monday, and Johnny Noonan was there to remove the old water heater, retrofit pipes and install the new water heater to fit... and all in less than 3 hours! He was highly knowledgeable, respectful, and simply delightful! Very skilled and answered all of our questions. Strongly recommend! Very happy we called Plumbing Source!

I was very pleased with the quick response to situation. It wasn’t a dire emergency but still needed to solve the problem as soon as possible. I had sewage back up in my basement. Come to find out, it was caused by the owner of the new owner of the property beside me. He is building a house quite close to mine. They never rushed, taking the time to properly diagnose the problem. When they found it, they talked to the property owner next door with me (owner of my property) and explained the situation. Last week I had Al and Jack at my house, trying to diagnose the source of water coming into my basement. They spent quite a bit of time determining how the pipes connect and making sure the water is flowing properly through them. I can’t say enough good things about their professionalism, knowledge and genuine concern in making sure they could pinpoint the issue. I may need some work done in the future, and will definitely be calling The Plumbing Source. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I hired the company to install a toilet. The service was excellent. Piotr Halgas was the plumber. He was not only very experienced, he was extremely personal to deal with. I recommend the Plumbing Source for future plumbing needs.

After waiting almost a week for another plumbing outfit to take care of our stopped up kitchen drain, we contacted The Plumbing Source today to see if they could service it sooner. Turns out, there were here within minutes of our call! I described the problem to Maciej and Jack, the two technicians, and they recommended either snaking or jetting the drain line. We opted for jetting, a good thing, as they found a LOT of grease in those pipes. The process of cleaning it out was little more than an hour. They also used a camera to show me the state of the pipe, once it had been cleaned. The flow of the kitchen sink after was a night-and-day difference. Big-time kudos to Maciej, Jack, and The Plumbing Source. They did excellent work!

Mike and his partner were great. They repaired my master toilet and cleared my kitchen drain in less than an hour. They were both very courteous and professional. I call Plumbing Source for all of my plumbing needs.
We had a backed up Drain scheduled an appointment, then realized it was more of an emergency call back and was able to get a technician out the same day. Plumbing Source has the ability to snake out roots where some of the others that use water pressure to clear drains cannot cut through those roots. Needless to say, they were able to clear the drain in a timely manner
Brandon and Jack worked well as a team to service our tankless water heater. The Plumbing Source did a nice job of installing the tankless water heater about a year and a half ago. It's working great, and we never run out of hot water. They also replaced a 30-year-old PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve). I highly recommend this company. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
