Our gas fireplace was leaking gas and our HVAC service said to contact a fireplace service. We did. They charged us $250 clean the glass, vaccuum the logs, add sand, and identify where the leak was. They proceeded to say they could not fix it and to call a plumber. Haven had just been at our neighbor's house to repair a gas line, so we called them. They came out, confirmed the leak was in the valve where we turn the fireplace on. Since our fireplace is 30 years old, it required two days to repair, but they did a stellar job. We didn't want to replace the unit, so it was less costly to repair. A replacement valve was not readily available due to the age, but Haven found one and saved us in the long run. Great, and FAST service! Would certainly recommend them, and use them again.

Five star for the prompt communication and professionalism. Tyler was able to identify the issues for 2 sump pumps quickly and explained how did they solve the issues. I think their price is fair too. I will definitely recommend their service to my friends.

I had to replace my water heater, suddenly, and i had no idea who to call. My friend recommended your company and i am so happy she did! The person who took my call was so nice and was able to get me on the schedule for the next day, which happened to be the friday before easter. I called for service the service man arrived within 30 minutes repaired my shower that would not stop running water it was fixed and charged me under 200 dollars the last company wanted close to 500 and knows I have had no water since Friday and fixed the main valve shut off but the water was still running.so I had no water since Friday this company resolved my issue in 30 minutes. I will not be going to other company. I highly recommend this company.

Tyler arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. It was an unfortunate circumstance that killed our water heater. Tyler evaluated the potential problem, explaining the problem in easily understandable terms, assessed the potential range of costs, advantages and disadvantages of the replacement options, and had the water heater fully installed within the three-hour timeframe he had estimated, including some additional work to assure the cause of problem would not affect the new water heater in the future. Very pleased with the service and the installation.

The tech got here at the early end of the given time range which was great. They were able to diagnose the issue and get a new water heater installed within about 2-3 hours. The price was in the normal range but worth it for the responsive service.

We had the main valve for the house replaced, cartridges replaced in one bath, an outside faucet replaced and a toilet rebuilt. Maciej and his partner gave us three options on cost and carefully reviewed them. They worked quickly and efficiently using high quality parts. Our house is in better condition because of the work. When they were done, Maciej went around the house and reviewed everything they did. We’re going to ask the Maciej do all the work at our home.
