We have used plumbing Source for many years And have been extremely happy with their service. Today Al unclogged one of our bathtubs. He was professional and completed his work in a timely fashion with a great attitude. Our family recommends the plumbing Source. Ask for Al - he’ll take your worry and flush it down the drain!! (I’m not a paid reviewer)
Jack and Casey came to jet out and camera our sewer. They diagnosed the problem and advised us on how to fix our sewer problem. They were professional and their expertise was noted! We will always request to have those two men attend any future plumbing problems we may have. Tony and Andrew were extremely helpful. Great team! Thanks so very much!
I had a problem with my shower faucet Dripping he provided me with options it was very easy to work with.
I called them because I had water coming up from a pipe in my basement. 40 minutes later someone was at my house and fixing it. Great customer service and a company that cares. Thank you. I’ve used this company 3 or 4 times over 10 years.
On a Saturday I realized that the sump pump was not pumping water out, since the weather was predicting storms for the next day, I needed this to be fixed immediately. I called a few plumbing companies and they were unable to accommodate me. I contacted Plumbing Source and they were more than willing to arrange for someone to come out. The Tech's came out that afternoon, explained the pump needed to be replaced and the lines checked for blockage. They were very cordial and efficient and did not leave until they were sure the pump was working correctly and all the lines were not clogged. Would definitely recommend this company.
Haven (formerly Plumbing Source) did an exceptional job fixing a leak we found in our garage. They were easy and quick to schedule with, and the technician, Brandon, was wonderful! Also, the price was fair.

Highly recommend! They came same day and quickly fixed my outdoor irrigation system! The plumber was communicative and gave me updates along the way. The final price was $200 less than the original quote! They said they got it done more quickly and easily than expected. Super honest and reliable!!
Dan was very respectful and communicated the issues with our plumbing as he discovered them. The website allowed me to schedule the next day appointment with no issues and Dan showed up ahead of time to resolve our issue before I would get ready to prepare dinner for my family. I also received verbal communication from the company about Dan’s early arrival. Overall an excellent experience and I saved their contact information for any future issues.
Replaced our hot water tank. Work was done Perfectly and In a timely manner. Service men were very nice and explained everything well. So glad to have hot water again!

Haven, previously known to me as Plumbing Source, demonstrated their usual professionalism, efficiency, and timeliness in replacing a pipe related to the sump pump system. The technicians, Tyler and Dino who were both personable and task oriented , were an efficient team, and were very timely in completing the pipe replacement and cleaning the work area. I appreciated Tyler's explanation of the work completed and handling questions.

Our gas fireplace was leaking gas and our HVAC service said to contact a fireplace service. We did. They charged us $250 clean the glass, vaccuum the logs, add sand, and identify where the leak was. They proceeded to say they could not fix it and to call a plumber. Haven had just been at our neighbor's house to repair a gas line, so we called them. They came out, confirmed the leak was in the valve where we turn the fireplace on. Since our fireplace is 30 years old, it required two days to repair, but they did a stellar job. We didn't want to replace the unit, so it was less costly to repair. A replacement valve was not readily available due to the age, but Haven found one and saved us in the long run. Great, and FAST service! Would certainly recommend them, and use them again.
Five star for the prompt communication and professionalism. Tyler was able to identify the issues for 2 sump pumps quickly and explained how did they solve the issues. I think their price is fair too. I will definitely recommend their service to my friends.

Very happy with the service I received once again from The Plumbing Source/Haven. This is my third time using them. My shower drain was backing up and they promptly took care of the problem. A shout out to Johnny, my technician, who is very knowledgeable and professional. Wouldn’t use any other company!
Worked with Kyle McKenney from Haven - he was prompt, professional, helpful, friendly, and reasonably priced. He came during the service window, called me before he showed up at the house, explained the problem (broken disposal) and my options with me, and came back within the week to install a new unit. I really enjoyed working with him and would definitely call again. Thanks!

I had to replace my water heater, suddenly, and i had no idea who to call. My friend recommended your company and i am so happy she did! The person who took my call was so nice and was able to get me on the schedule for the next day, which happened to be the friday before easter. Dan, my tech, arrived and ordered the water heater and installed the same day. I highly recommend the plumbing source If you are lucky, you will get dan!!!
Our one and only toilet got stopped up at around midnight. Plumbing Source/Haven was the only company that has 24-hour emergency service. The technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly.

My water heater gave out with no warning. It was 13 years old. The Plumbing Source, Haven, came that day. The 2 technicians were polite, efficient and did a great job.
I called for service the service man arrived within 30 minutes repaired my shower that would not stop running water it was fixed and charged me under 200 dollars the last company wanted close to 500 and knows I have had no water since Friday and fixed the main valve shut off but the water was still running.so I had no water since Friday this company resolved my issue in 30 minutes. I will not be going to other company. I highly recommend this company.

Tyler arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. It was an unfortunate circumstance that killed our water heater. Tyler evaluated the potential problem, explaining the problem in easily understandable terms, assessed the potential range of costs, advantages and disadvantages of the replacement options, and had the water heater fully installed within the three-hour timeframe he had estimated, including some additional work to assure the cause of problem would not affect the new water heater in the future. Very pleased with the service and the installation.
