Great people and customer service

I called for service the service man arrived within 30 minutes repaired my shower that would not stop running water it was fixed and charged me under 200 dollars the last company wanted close to 500 and knows I have had no water since Friday and fixed the main valve shut off but the water was still running.so I had no water since Friday this company resolved my issue in 30 minutes. I will not be going to other company. I highly recommend this company.

No matter how many times we call Plumbing Source / Haven, they come when they say, are reliable, and quote us before they do any work. Piotr has been to the house twice and does excellent work and makes good recommendations.

Tyler arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. It was an unfortunate circumstance that killed our water heater. Tyler evaluated the potential problem, explaining the problem in easily understandable terms, assessed the potential range of costs, advantages and disadvantages of the replacement options, and had the water heater fully installed within the three-hour timeframe he had estimated, including some additional work to assure the cause of problem would not affect the new water heater in the future. Very pleased with the service and the installation.

I am grateful for good people who take the time to Listen and educate. The Team Arrived on time did some troubleshooting/testing educated me and then identified the root cause. It was refreshing to know that people genuinely care with the service they provide.

The tech got here at the early end of the given time range which was great. They were able to diagnose the issue and get a new water heater installed within about 2-3 hours. The price was in the normal range but worth it for the responsive service.

I have used the for many projects and problems and they always do a great job. They recently repaired my boiler and it's working great. Their boiler man, Dan is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I certainly plan on using again when needed for my plumbing and my heating.

They efficiently addressed two issues, provided excellent customer service, and repaired the problems thoroughly. They also cleaned up the work area before leaving, which we greatly appreciated. We had the main valve for the house replaced, cartridges replaced in one bath, an outside faucet replaced and a toilet rebuilt. Maciej and his partner gave us three options on cost and carefully reviewed them. They worked quickly and efficiently using high quality parts. Our house is in better condition because of the work. When they were done, Maciej went around the house and reviewed everything they did. We’re going to ask the Maciej do all the work at our home.

Mack and Casey were very professional, prompt and attentive to our needs. Mack explained issues and possible solutions before starting any work. Once they started working, they worked diligently and finished in a timely manner. We are happy we chose Plumbing Source for our well storage tank (& parts) replacement. We would recommend them.

After an inspection and detailed explanation of the necessary work I was given the estimate and the job commenced.
