Highly recommend! They came same day and quickly fixed my outdoor irrigation system! The plumber was communicative and gave me updates along the way. The final price was $200 less than the original quote! They said they got it done more quickly and easily than expected. Super honest and reliable!!
Dan was very respectful and communicated the issues with our plumbing as he discovered them. The website allowed me to schedule the next day appointment with no issues and Dan showed up ahead of time to resolve our issue before I would get ready to prepare dinner for my family. I also received verbal communication from the company about Dan’s early arrival. Overall an excellent experience and I saved their contact information for any future issues.
Replaced our hot water tank. Work was done Perfectly and In a timely manner. Service men were very nice and explained everything well. So glad to have hot water again!

Haven, previously known to me as Plumbing Source, demonstrated their usual professionalism, efficiency, and timeliness in replacing a pipe related to the sump pump system. The technicians, Tyler and Dino who were both personable and task oriented , were an efficient team, and were very timely in completing the pipe replacement and cleaning the work area. I appreciated Tyler's explanation of the work completed and handling questions.

Our gas fireplace was leaking gas and our HVAC service said to contact a fireplace service. We did. They charged us $250 clean the glass, vaccuum the logs, add sand, and identify where the leak was. They proceeded to say they could not fix it and to call a plumber. Haven had just been at our neighbor's house to repair a gas line, so we called them. They came out, confirmed the leak was in the valve where we turn the fireplace on. Since our fireplace is 30 years old, it required two days to repair, but they did a stellar job. We didn't want to replace the unit, so it was less costly to repair. A replacement valve was not readily available due to the age, but Haven found one and saved us in the long run. Great, and FAST service! Would certainly recommend them, and use them again.
Five star for the prompt communication and professionalism. Tyler was able to identify the issues for 2 sump pumps quickly and explained how did they solve the issues. I think their price is fair too. I will definitely recommend their service to my friends.

Worked with Kyle McKenney from Haven - he was prompt, professional, helpful, friendly, and reasonably priced. He came during the service window, called me before he showed up at the house, explained the problem (broken disposal) and my options with me, and came back within the week to install a new unit. I really enjoyed working with him and would definitely call again. Thanks!

I had to replace my water heater, suddenly, and i had no idea who to call. My friend recommended your company and i am so happy she did! The person who took my call was so nice and was able to get me on the schedule for the next day, which happened to be the friday before easter. Dan, my tech, arrived and ordered the water heater and installed the same day. I highly recommend the plumbing source If you are lucky, you will get dan!!!
Our one and only toilet got stopped up at around midnight. Plumbing Source/Haven was the only company that has 24-hour emergency service. The technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly.
Al was great! - very professional & kind. I had gas leaks in the basement line. He walked me through all the repairs that were needed & then got everything done quickly & thoroughly.

My water heater gave out with no warning. It was 13 years old. The Plumbing Source, Haven, came that day. The 2 technicians were polite, efficient and did a great job.
I called for service the service man arrived within 30 minutes repaired my shower that would not stop running water it was fixed and charged me under 200 dollars the last company wanted close to 500 and knows I have had no water since Friday and fixed the main valve shut off but the water was still running.so I had no water since Friday this company resolved my issue in 30 minutes. I will not be going to other company. I highly recommend this company.

Tyler arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. It was an unfortunate circumstance that killed our water heater. Tyler evaluated the potential problem, explaining the problem in easily understandable terms, assessed the potential range of costs, advantages and disadvantages of the replacement options, and had the water heater fully installed within the three-hour timeframe he had estimated, including some additional work to assure the cause of problem would not affect the new water heater in the future. Very pleased with the service and the installation.
I am grateful for good people who take the time to Listen and educate. The Team Arrived on time did some troubleshooting/testing educated me and then identified the root cause. It was refreshing to know that people genuinely care with the service they provide.

The tech got here at the early end of the given time range which was great. They were able to diagnose the issue and get a new water heater installed within about 2-3 hours. The price was in the normal range but worth it for the responsive service.
Freezing day in NE Ohio, yet we got a tech at our home in under 2 hrs. Pipes unfrozen an hour or so later. Amazing service. Cost didn't matter. But affordable.
