I called for service the service man arrived within 30 minutes repaired my shower that would not stop running water it was fixed and charged me under 200 dollars the last company wanted close to 500 and knows I have had no water since Friday and fixed the main valve shut off but the water was still running.so I had no water since Friday this company resolved my issue in 30 minutes. I will not be going to other company. I highly recommend this company.
No matter how many times we call Plumbing Source / Haven, they come when they say, are reliable, and quote us before they do any work. Piotr has been to the house twice and does excellent work and makes good recommendations.
Tyler arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. It was an unfortunate circumstance that killed our water heater. Tyler evaluated the potential problem, explaining the problem in easily understandable terms, assessed the potential range of costs, advantages and disadvantages of the replacement options, and had the water heater fully installed within the three-hour timeframe he had estimated, including some additional work to assure the cause of problem would not affect the new water heater in the future. Very pleased with the service and the installation.
The tech got here at the early end of the given time range which was great. They were able to diagnose the issue and get a new water heater installed within about 2-3 hours. The price was in the normal range but worth it for the responsive service.
Freezing day in NE Ohio, yet we got a tech at our home in under 2 hrs. Pipes unfrozen an hour or so later. Amazing service. Cost didn't matter. But affordable.

We had the main valve for the house replaced, cartridges replaced in one bath, an outside faucet replaced and a toilet rebuilt. Maciej and his partner gave us three options on cost and carefully reviewed them. They worked quickly and efficiently using high quality parts. Our house is in better condition because of the work. When they were done, Maciej went around the house and reviewed everything they did. We’re going to ask the Maciej do all the work at our home.
Thank you Al Sidoti and his assistant from Plumbing Source for a thorough checkup and cleaning of the sewer lines and removal of tree roots that clog the lines. After an inspection and detailed explanation of the necessary work I was given the estimate and the job commenced. My hot water tank went bad and flooded my basement. After the water was pumped out I called The Plumbing Source. They came out next day with new hot water heater. Installed an A O Smith 40 gal. Install price was very reasonable. LOWE'S estimate was between 7k and 12k. The Plumbing Source much cheaper. The installers were very professional and curtious.

Had a water leak I thought was from upstairs bath tub vs roof leak. Dan did not rush, was at my home for 2 hours trying to find leak but no leaking pipes found. Also had toilet tank seal and flushing device replaced.

Tony was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and extremely trustworthy, thoroughly explained the issue, the root cause of the issue and then offered us our options and his opinion on what we should do based on his experiences in the business for over 30 years. We completely felt comfortable and very appreciative of his opinion and we knew that it would be done correctly. While he was there to take care of the issue we scheduled him for, he noticed a very serious issue with how the gas line was installed by another contractor. He provided us with a written estimate of what needed to be corrected and we are scheduling it to be done as well!
